RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES

At Azaria Aktiv, we believe that feeling confidence in your active wears is key to unlocking your full potential. If your purchase doesn’t quite fit, our return policy is designed to ensure that you feel empowered and supported every step of the way by ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're having second thoughts about your order, we will gladly accept eligible products for return/exchange. Purchases made within 3 (three) to 5 (five) days can be returned or exchanged, subject to the Terms and Conditions below. Returns or exchange can be made online by mail or in person at the store.

The Small Print: 
  • All purchase must be inspected upon receipt and notice of a decision to exchange (where it does not fit) or return (where there’s a defect, error in size sent) must be communicated as soon as possible to the customer service team.
  • You may return products Purchased within Lagos 2-3 (two-three ) days of the delivery date. 
  • Items purchased outside Lagos (but within Nigeria) within 5 days of delivery. 
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, must have the original tags attached and in original packaging (if applicable). Products must be free of stains, odors, or any sign of wear. 
  • If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to process your return or exchange.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, payment receipts, etc.) is required and must accompany the Return or Exchange.
  • Sale items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. Additional details are available in the Returns Terms and Conditions.
  • Items from the Bag Collection and Accessories must be returned in the original packaging with the dust bag or original packaging. Product must be without any stain or dirt, where there is any stain or dirt, return or exchange will be inapplicable. 
  • You are responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • In case of Refund; if the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping cost is non-refundable.
EXCHANGE ONLY
Selected items that are marked “Exchange-Only” are eligible for a different size of the same item, pending availability. Exchange-only items are not eligible for refunds.

SALE
Items marked "SALE" or bought at Pop-up stores are not eligible to return for a refund or exchange. Please endeavor to review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Each order is meticulously examined before dispatch to ensure it meets our benchmark. However If you received an error, damaged or defective product, and where the error or defect was on our part, please contact our customer service immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs. 

EXCEPTIONS
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • For hygiene reasons, all Underwears and swimwear bottoms cannot be return.
  • Personalised items can't be returned.
  • All bottles are non-returnable for Hygiene reasons.
  • Socks can be returned ONLY if they're sealed in their original packaging. 

RIGHT TO POLICY 
Azaria Aktiv reserves the right to modify this return policy at any tims. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
